Job Responsibilities

As a warehouse worker at UBAB, you have an important and responsible role in the daily production and delivery flow. The work is practical and physical, and you handle large concrete elements such as concrete walls that require precision, calmness, and a strong safety mindset. You ensure that the right materials are handled correctly, from finished production to safe loading onto trucks.

In this role, you will work with:

• Handling, moving, and storing large concrete elements
• Operating cranes for lifting concrete walls and other heavy goods
• Loading trucks for delivery, focusing on securing and safety
• Controlling incoming and outgoing materials
• Maintaining order, structure, and improvement work according to 5S
• Contributing to a safe and well-organized warehouse and work area

The role requires you to be meticulous, careful, and responsible. Safety always comes first, both for yourself and your colleagues.

Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 09:00–19:00
Location: Ulricehamn
Start: By agreement

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with experience in warehouse work or logistics in an industrial environment, where you are used to working with heavy and bulky goods. You have good crane experience and feel confident in lifting where precision, planning, and safety are crucial. You enjoy practical work, work methodically, and take great responsibility for both materials and the work environment.

To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you are calm, attentive, and safety-conscious. You see what needs to be done, work in a structured manner, and function just as well independently as you do with others.

Requirements:

• Driver's license and access to a car
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Forklift and crane certificates with documented driving experience
• Basic knowledge of mathematics
• Ability to work meticulously, independently, and in a team

Meritorious:

• Experience in industry, prefab, concrete, or similar heavy production
• Familiarity with loading and securing goods on trucks
• Experience with business/ERP systems
• Interest in improvement work, order, and structure
